IPOB REPLIES VERY DARK MAN OVER HIS ACCUSATION AGAINST THEM.

Hello @thatverydarkman, we heard your false accusations against IPOB in one of the videos you recently made. You claimed that IPOB is responsible for the crises and violence in the South-East when you cannot provide a single piece of evidence to back your senseless allegations.

In your video, you accused and blamed a practicing doctor who acted in self-defense and preservation against an unprofessional EFCC operative, who invaded his home without due courtesy in the middle of the night. Without verification or should I say out of desperation to please the oppressive government you are working for, you involved IPOB probably to vilify the doctor and set him up against the very oppressive Nigerian government . We saw what you did there and what you intend to achieve. We have studied your body language and got to understand your mission. We are not stopping you from playing with the emotions of Nigerians but if you bring your deceitful and emotional blackmail close to IPOB, we shall permanently tell you where you belong.

I just want to quickly inform you that we don’t do content in IPOB. We don’t chase clout. IPOB is not involved in your regular Nigeria banter and social media clout chasing. IPOB are very serious minded people with extreme focus on our quest for Biafra self determination. Hundreds and thousands of blood have been spilled by the oppressive Nigerian government, atrocities that you have never for one day condemned. We are not asking you not to continue but we are just reminding you of the consequences of picking up the blackmail baton race against IPOB. We won’t tell you to stop but one day, you will experience how IPOB operates and you will understand that we are not your regular Nigerians you run content shows, podcasts or videos with. Ask those who came before you. I hope you will apply wisdom and tell those who sent you that the mountain is a high to climb, but if you insist then good riddance. This is just a piece of advice but you are not under compulsion.

Need I borrow your catchphrase to address this your latest display of absurdity “Don’t play or else you learn in a hard way”

Be Guided mahn!

The Igbos That I Know…

As I sit down to write this post, I’m filled with a mix of emotions – admiration, respect, and a hint of frustration. You see, I’ve had the privilege of knowing and interacting with many Igbos, and I must say, they are one of the most resilient, resourceful, and innovative groups of people I’ve ever encountered.

But, I must admit, there’s a narrative out there that often portrays the Igbos in a negative light. Some people view them as being overly materialistic, clannish, and even arrogant. And, yes, like any other group, there may be some individuals who exhibit these traits. However, in my experience, these characteristics are not representative of the Igbos as a whole.

Now, let me tell you about the Igbos that I know. They are a people of incredible ingenuity and technical know-how. They are master craftsmen, skilled traders, and innovative entrepreneurs. They have a natural ability to adapt, to improvise, and to overcome obstacles. And, they are fiercely proud of their heritage and culture.

But, what I find truly remarkable about the Igbos is their ability to rise from the ashes. After the devastating effects of the Biafran War, the Igbos were left with nothing. Their homes, their businesses, their infrastructure – all destroyed. But, instead of giving up, they picked themselves up, dusted themselves off, and started rebuilding.

Today, the Igbos are one of the most successful and prosperous groups in Nigeria. They have built thriving businesses, invested in education and healthcare, and have become leaders in various fields. And, they’ve done it all without losing sight of their values, their culture, and their heritage.

So, to all the Igbos out there, I say, “Keep shining!” Your resilience, your determination, and your innovative spirit are an inspiration to us all. And, to those who may not know much about the Igbos, I say, “Get to know them!” You’ll be amazed by their stories, their achievements, and their contributions to society.

The Igbos that I know are truly remarkable people. They are a testament to the human spirit’s ability to overcome adversity, to adapt, and to thrive. And, they are a reminder that, no matter where we come from or what challenges we face, we all have the potential to achieve greatness.

Tiktok Restores it’s services to US users.

TikTok is restoring its services to US users, marking a significant development in the app’s tumultuous journey in the country. This move comes after a federal law required Google and Apple to remove the app from their digital stores, pending a resolution with TikTok’s parent company, ByteDance .

According to reports, TikTok has begun the process of reinstating its services, allowing US users to access the app once again. This reversal is reportedly linked to Trump’s promised executive order, although details of the order and its implications are still unclear.

It’s worth noting that the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) has been involved in the controversy surrounding TikTok’s ban. However, some critics argue that the ACLU hasn’t been a credible defender of free speech in recent times.

As the situation unfolds, TikTok users in the US can expect to see the app’s services gradually restored. However, the long-term implications of Trump’s executive order and the app’s future in the US remain uncertain.

Enugu State Governor, Peter Mbah, Making Waves with Developmental Projects

Governor Peter Mbah of Enugu State is quietly making a name for himself as a results-driven leader, focusing on delivering projects without seeking media attention. One notable change in the state is the significant reduction in praise-singing billboards, a departure from the usual practice of self-aggrandizement.

Mbah’s administration has introduced a strict policy of setting timelines for contractors to complete projects. Failure to meet these deadlines results in contract revocation and restitution, a condition that contractors agree to as part of the contract terms.

The governor’s efforts in security and crime tracking have also been commendable. His proactive approach to governance has earned him praise from various quarters, with many regarding him as a leader who is “leading like a white man.” This phrase, though colloquial, underscores the high expectations and admiration for his leadership style.

In contrast to his predecessor, who left the state in a worse condition, Mbah is working tirelessly to revamp Enugu’s infrastructure, economy, and social services. His administration has facilitated numerous developmental projects, including the reconstruction of roads, construction of new ones, and the establishment of smart schools and health centers.

Mbah’s commitment to good governance and his people-centered approach have not gone unnoticed. His approval of the new minimum wage policy for civil servants, which includes Assembly staff, demonstrates his dedication to workforce welfare and equity in the public service sector.

Overall, Governor Peter Mbah’s leadership has brought a breath of fresh air to Enugu State, and his efforts deserve recognition. As one observer noted, “We’re not supposed to praise performing leaders as that was why they were elected, but Africa is a different kettle of fish.” Indeed, Mbah’s performance is a shining example of what effective leadership can achieve.

House Republicans Pass Bill to Ban Transgender Athletes from Women’s Sports.

In a move that has sparked intense debate, House Republicans have passed a bill that would ban transgender athletes from competing in women’s and girls’ sports. The bill, dubbed the “Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act,” was passed with a vote of 218 to 206, with two Democrats crossing party lines to support the legislation.

Republicans argue that the bill is necessary to protect the safety and fairness of women’s sports, with some claiming that transgender women have a physical advantage over cisgender women. “Biological men competing against women poses a threat to the safety of our girls. It’s dangerous. It’s unfair. It’s a rejection of reality, and it is just plain wrong,” said one Republican supporter.

However, Democrats and LGBTQ+ advocates have slammed the bill as discriminatory and harmful. They argue that it would deny transgender students the opportunity to participate in sports and would lead to further marginalization and exclusion. “Transgender students, like all students, deserve the same opportunity to learn teamwork, find belonging, and grow into well-rounded adults through sports,” said Representative Suzanne Bonamici, an Oregon Democrat.

The bill’s future is uncertain, as it now heads to the Senate, where it may face significant opposition.

Abia is the Best place for Investment– Alex Otti

Abia State Governor, Dr. Alex Otti, has made a bold declaration, stating that there is no better place for entrepreneurship and investment than Abia state. This assertion was made while receiving a delegation from the US Market Access Center (USMAC), led by CEO Mr. Chris Burry.

“When you talk of technology, that’s where we are heading to. If it is about entrepreneurship, innovation, I think you have come to the best place. There is no better place, if you are talking about entrepreneurship, if you are thinking of investment, than Abia state,” Governor Otti stated.

He emphasized that Abia state is ripe for investment, with huge potential and human energy waiting to be harnessed, particularly in Aba, the state’s commercial hub. He encouraged the USMAC team to visit Aba and witness the opportunities firsthand, stressing the importance of evidence-based findings.

“I want it to be evidence-based. So, go to Ariaria, go to other markets in Aba, you will see things for yourself. We need to come from evidence point of view,” Governor Otti declared.

The governor also commissioned the team to collaborate with the Commissioner for Science, Technology, and Innovation, Mr. David Kalu, and other relevant officials to explore potential areas of partnership. This move is part of the administration’s efforts to rapidly develop Abia’s potential, create wealth, and lift the people out of poverty.

Mr. Chris Burry, CEO of USMAC, expressed his team’s interest in investing in entrepreneurship development and skills acquisition in Abia state. He praised Governor Otti’s innovative approach, which made Abia the first state on their visitation list.

This development is a testament to Governor Otti’s commitment to making Abia state a business-friendly environment.

Nigerians will never enjoy the Sane society Ghanians Enjoy If…

The Unfortunate Reality: Why Nigerians May Never Know a Sane Society

As I reflect on the state of our nation, I am reminded of the stark contrast between Nigeria and Ghana. Our West African neighbor has consistently demonstrated what it means to have a functional and peaceful society, while we continue to grapple with the basics.

Let’s start with the recent general elections in Ghana. The transparency and peaceful conduct of the polls were a testament to the country’s commitment to democracy. In contrast, Nigeria’s last general election was marred by violence, manipulation, and blatant disregard for the electoral process. It’s clear that our politicians are more interested in maintaining their grip on power than in serving the people.

But it’s not just about elections. Ghana has made significant strides in providing basic amenities to its citizens. For instance, the government has introduced free fare for commuters, a move that has eased the burden on citizens and promoted economic growth. Meanwhile, in Nigeria, our politicians are too busy lining their pockets to care about the welfare of the people.

And then there’s the issue of electricity. Ghanaians enjoy a relatively stable power supply, while Nigerians are still grappling with darkness and generators. It’s laughable that our politicians promise to fix the power sector, but we all know that’s just a pipe dream. They’ve pocketed the nation, and we’re just along for the ride.

Furthermore, Ghana has managed to maintain a level of peace and stability among its ethnic groups. In Nigeria, however, we’re still struggling to overcome our differences. The constant clashes between ethnic groups are a testament to our politicians’ inability to unite the nation.

Lastly, Ghana’s water system is another area where they’ve shown us up. While Ghanaians enjoy access to clean drinking water, Nigerians are still struggling to get this basic necessity.

I challenge Nigerians to name one thing we enjoy more than Ghanaians. Is it our corrupt politicians? Our decrepit infrastructure? Our lack of basic amenities? I think not.

It’s time for us to face the music: Nigeria is a failed state, and our politicians are the ones who have failed us. Until we demand better, we’ll continue to wallow in this mess. Ghana may not be perfect, but they’re certainly doing something right. Can we say the same?

Why Nigeria can never forge A Unique national identity!

Nigeria’s diverse ethnic groups, languages, and cultures make it tough to create a unified national identity. The country has over 250 ethnic groups, each with their own distinct culture, language, and history. However, instead of celebrating this diversity, it often leads to conflict and division, especially when politicians exploit ethnic sentiments for personal gain.

Politicians often use ethnicity to rally support, which creates distrust and division among groups. This is evident in the cases of Bola Tinubu and Muhammadu Buhari, who both used ethnic divisions to secure political power. Tinubu’s campaign in Lagos exploited tensions between the Yoruba and Igbo populations, while Buhari’s campaign pitted northern voters against southern voters.

The result is a fractured national identity, where citizens identify more with their ethnic groups than with the country as a whole. The Igbo ethnic group, in particular, has called for secession due to feelings of marginalization and exclusion. The demand for an independent Igbo state is rooted in a history of perceived injustice and neglect.

In conclusion, Nigeria’s attempts to forge a unique national identity are hindered by the manipulation of ethnic divisions by politicians. Until these divisions are addressed, the dream of a unified Nigeria may remain elusive.
